Located in Verviers in eastern Belgium, on the German, Dutch and Luxembourg
borders. The Ardennes Outlet Centre has a catchment of 19 million people within
90 minutes drive. A major outlet centre of strategic importance. The first phase
of 150,000 sq ft opened in December 2005 with 40% let and 80% contracted
to open by March 2006. Then Phase 2 will commence with 130,000 sq ft,
generating a total area of 26,000 sq m (280,000 sq ft). When Phase 2 is fully
let tenants will include Nike, Adidas and Gerry Webber. These named anchor
tenants have already entered into contractual commitments in Phase 1.
