Palmerstown Manor House was constructed in 1872 by the Earl of Mayo and is situated on 700 acres of pristine parkland. The Manor House has been lovingly restored to its former glory and now plays host to many weddings, product launches and corporate events in the area.
The Manor House can accommodate 120 Guests for a sit down reception and 200 for a more informal get together. The twenty private rooms in the Manor House all come with private bathrooms and are decorated to the highest standards with four poster beds in almost every room. Each bedroom in Palmerstown Manor House is uniquely designed adding to the exclusivity of this fantastic venue.
The challenging golf course was host to the Irish Region Championship in 2005 and the Irish Seniors Championship in 2007. Designed by Christy O’Connor Jnr, this exceptional course offers golfers the world over an opportunity to compete with some of the best fairways and greens in Ireland. Golf lessons and clinics are available in Palmerstown Stud Golf Club all year and society bookings are welcomed. Extensive catering facilities are also available for all golfers. The Empery Bar and Bistro serves food and drinks all day. On a sunny day enjoy lunch on the Empery balcony taking in the spectacular views of the 18th hole.
Located on the top floor of the golf lodge is the High Chaparral Suite. This large suite can cater for up to 200 people for a sit down meal or 300 for a theatre style corporate meeting. The High Chaparral Suite has its own private bar and a balcony with amazing views of the golf course.
Within the Lodge there are many function/meeting rooms available. The Boardroom caters for 16 delegates, our Amato Suite for 80 and the Morrell Suite for 60.
