OFFENBACH CITY TOWER

The City Tower in Offenbach is the tallest building in the city with its impressive height of 140 metres. It is a building with a landmark character.

The high-quality office building with a striking glass facade on the upper floors provides an exclusive view of the Frankfurt skyline and the city of Offenbach.

The City Tower  was designed by the architectural firm Offenbacher Novotny Mähner Associates and built in 2003 on a very high level. On a total of 33 floors, the building has nearly 25,000 s qm of rental space. In two underground floors are 197 car parking spaces.

The tower has 2 basement levels including the garage, the ground floor with a gallery and 32 upper floors with about 750 sq m. 

The number of windows to be opened in the general facade is maximized to enable optimal ventilation and to reduce artificial lighting.Together with the facade innovative energy and building technology ensure low-energy and environmentally friendly resource-efificient operation
